It's not easy being green

Hair talk for the season....

At this time of year we are all combating the cold dry heat that is affecting our hair and skin. A few ways to help with this is to shampoo less and rinse more. It's also important to brush your scalp. I like to use a flat paddle brush in the shower to exfoliate my scalp- the natural oils keep it moisturizer so your hair won't be staticy. Using a leave in coditioner from Alterna will keep a nice balance of moisture in the hair. And or course, I'm a huge fan of pure argon oil.
The very best thing to have is a humidifier running in your bedroom so you keep one room as moist as you can which makes sleeping a dream.
