Channeling my inner Venus to create these sexy haircuts!

With Sarah's hair, i keep her layers long and fluid. I keep most of her layers underneath and remove the bulk rather than length. her haircuts just keep getting better and better with time.

With Laura, I decided to use the Brazilian Straightner on the underneath parts of her hair. i took a V section all the way around her hear. The idea was to minimize the bulk in between all her great layers. She now has a much easier time blow drying her hair and her hair looks longer since there is less bulk. Laura's color is also amazing, we do hi lift hiligts using various gold shades. It sparkles....!

HAIR COLOR

I love playing with Gabriella's hair color. She is the perfect pallet to do ANY color on. Usually a person is a certain season, but not Gabriella- she wears all of them and she wears them all so well.
we have gone from bleached white blonde hair, to black, to dark deep cherry red to orange, pink, rasberry,
back to angel blonde, to strawberry red. Each time she comes in we work on a whole new pallet of colors. she challenges me and makes to think about all of my color training. i couldnt of done it without working with some of the best colorist in our industry!

Kincade's First Haircut

My best friends baby. i love this boy!

installation by MARKUS LINNENBRINK

I have had the pleasure of knowing Markus for about five years now. I was first introduced to his work when i moved to NYC, coming from Tokyo, i adored his sense of color placement and vibrancy. His work excited me, i felt happy and alive when i looked at his drip paintings and his drill paintings.
I saw my first installation of his in a Chelsea gallery in the early 2000's- i was overwhelmed! i am so honored and excited to now have his work living with me everyday. i am thrilled to look at it and when i do, I'm always see something new!
My clients also are amazed. its been so fun watching peoples expressions while they try to figure out the brilliance. Everyone has been picking out their favorite colors within the piece!
Its so much fun!
come check it out in person.
